These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the company operating the wij6 platform ("wij6", "we", "us") and every user of the platform ("you", "user", "member"). By visiting the wij6 website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

• Each person may open only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Registration Process

Opening an account at wij6 requires a valid email address and accurate personal information. The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must match your identity document.

3.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the wij6 support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification

wij6 reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and payment method at any time. Failure to submit the required documents (national ID, passport, birth certificate) upon request may result in temporary suspension of your account and delays in withdrawal processing.

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are currently supported for depositing funds at wij6: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and such transactions will be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawals

After a withdrawal request is successfully submitted, processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Under certain circumstances (identity verification required, review of unusual transactions), this timeframe may be extended.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Funds related to any active bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, wij6 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold and conduct an investigation.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200; or a deposit of ৳18,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — total balance ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement of 20 times applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawing.

6.1 Game Results

All games on wij6 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair and unbiased results. The game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and others) operate under their own independent audits.

6.2 Disconnection

If internet connectivity is lost during a game, the result will be determined according to the game's internal rules. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, wij6 will resolve the matter reasonably; however, no guarantee of specific compensation can be given.

6.3 Bet Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. When playing in bonus mode, bet limits may be set automatically in some games.

6.4 Sports Betting

wij6's separate sports betting rules apply to betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sports. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the original rules. For any market or odds changes, the odds at the time of placing the bet will apply.

wij6 is committed to maintaining a secure and fair environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited, and violations will result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Attempting to hack any system on the platform or exploiting software vulnerabilities.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any third-party software to operate games.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Creating an account using false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior toward other users or staff in chat or support channels.

wij6 monitors account activity at all times to ensure fair play. If any suspicious activity is detected, the relevant account will be placed under review.

10.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance, subject to all wagering requirements being met.

10.2 Suspension at wij6's Initiative

wij6 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Operating an account using false information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Use of an account by a minor.

In the case of permanent closure, whether the valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned after the investigation is concluded will be determined based on the circumstances.

11.1 Service Availability

wij6 strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times; however, service disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. wij6 is not liable for any loss caused by such disruptions.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

wij6 will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses (loss of profit, loss of opportunity, etc.) unless they are entirely the result of a proven error on the part of wij6.

11.3 Governing Law

The applicable law will be followed in the interpretation and application of these Terms. Any dispute will first be sought to be resolved through direct negotiation.

11.4 Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in full force and effect.

11.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together constitute the entire agreement between wij6 and the user and supersede any prior oral or written agreements.
